I bought 1 Enter MP3 Player (Model No:E-MP) on 31-05-2010 from NOKIA CSM world Velachery,Chennai.

It was specified that it has 1 year Limited Warranty.

But i have downloaded songs and heard the songs only once (even only 1 song - was unable to hear all songs due to low battery).

Once it got charged, and when i tried to hear songs, it was not working. (also unable to remove the Memory card from the player)

I went to the shop and asked them to look into it.

But they are not responding properly. I need to know Why it is mentioned that it has 1 year limited warranty,when they are not responding properly.

I need money back or new product from your company.

I m sorry to hear that. I think you can go to the shop where you bought the mp3 player and ask them for compensation。 If they are not responsible,you can go to the court to protect yourself .LOL

Hello, it happens some times. Bring your player to seller and say if thay not take it back and give your money back than you write a report about bracking a law. Becouse people could bring back things and take money back if thay have cheque.
