I have bought this device and was registering it but I was not able to do so, after n no of tries I was somehow able to reach them and I got to knew from them it was a invalid key, I just bought that software and that was the key inside the box, but it didnt worked, I lost my 600 rs for that antivirus. Then I bought Quickheal, which works properly and no problem. Do not but NPAV antivirus from Biz Secure Labs Pvt Company, some local company in PUNE. And when I was speaking to their employees they themself told me that company is a fraud and they do not get their salaries for their last month when they leave the organisation. I cannot believe a firm can do things like this.

sir,an error has occured in your product i.e, when i firstly installed it it works efficiently but after two days it asks me my UNLOCK CODE then via net i connect it then it entered the code itself.But your product reffuses that.Tell me sir what should i do???????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????
