With due respect I want to say that I have purchases tally multiuser software having Serial No- 743059035, Password :- SC5K52Q82, Email ID:- hitech_patnarediffmail.com from R.S. Computer & Services, Ranchi but the said password & Serial number has been changed by some unknown person 5days before, due to which unable to access my tallyERP9.
So I request you to please consider the above said problem as early as possible.
