I live in indirapuram, ghaziabad. On 31st evening me and my friends celebrating new year's eve ordered a pizza, a garlic bread and a chocolava cake from dominos outlet at aditya mall, indirapuram. Order no. was 1030. Total bill including taxes was Rs 675. The delivery guy delivered the pizza and garlic bread and not the chocolava cake which he promised he would deliver again in few miniutes. i paid him 700 Rs for the order. So along with the change (Rs 25) he was supposed to deliver us the choco lava cake. For one, he never showed up that night. Next day, at evening me and my friends called the concerned outlet to know about the dysfunctional delivery processes going on. As soon as they acknowledged me as the customer who was not delivered the full order till date, they stopped replying and hung up. no one picked my call when i called again. it was raining. annoyed by this, me and my friends walked to the dominos outlet to know more about the rip off and demanded for damages for the breach of the contract. After my repeated requests, the busy manager was finally called upon to talk about this. when we asked for suitalble damages for the incomplete order, all they had to offer us was Rs 25. as the manager explains the breach of contract as a human error (Are we allowed to do that too? like pay 25 Rs less to the delivery boy, promising him to pay it in next few min and never pay it again untill he comes to my doorstep begging for it!). Acknowledging this human error, all me and my friends asked the manager was to give us two medium pizzas (for 4 of us) as the compensation for the breach of contract. we were blatently refused and weren't even returned any money or that choco lava cake either. i liked dominos for their service. now i shall forget they even existed in my time. i'm mentally traumatized right now.
