I am sorry to inform you that the Bacardi quality for which we loved the product is deeply tarnished by your own product, while we friends were out in pune, india we visited Pushkaraj Garden, Katraj Pune, on 07th December 2010, there was a sales promo by bacardi white rum 1 free on 1 bottle, as we all friends like the brand we took the offer and we were very disappointed with the product when reported to the hotel they say Bacardi white rum smells very bad we are 100% sure it was not genuine, just due to the name we took it and we got only disappointment, even the bacardi promotion guys were not ready to accept that we have kept the bottle if you want to check it, due to that adeltered liquor we all 8 friends felt sick for 2days and could not attend our work, hence we demend compansation for the loss we suffered the company must pay us Rs. 10,000/- (Salary loss for all of us for 2 days), as you are the parent company we are informing about the same next step forward is to get the bottles checked by food & drug lab and to go ahead with a law suit against the campany in the consumer court for cheating the customer, we have retained the bill of the hotel against which also a case will be registered.
you are requested to accept our request or legal action will proceed which will tarnish the company's image.

This is what we informed to the Company through which ever contact media available and they sent a standard reply we will get back to you after 2 reminders also no body is doing anything, I am going to lodge a criminal case against the company.
