Quality of KFC Chicken is going down day by day , Not only the food was tasting bad but it was served cold, KFC Chicken is supposed to be Juicy and steamy, there was no masala inside the chicken piece it was servced semi hot , very hard to eat & tasteless,

This is the senario of KFC chicken outlet in Select city Mall- Saket Delhi- Which is one of the biggest malls in Delhi and huge no. of people visit including large no. of foreigners,

Its really disappointing that we are not getting value for our money,!!
