I have purchased goods worth rupees 13000 (approx) from food bazar.

When the vendor was doing weight of the sugar, rice, pulses, vegetables in the weighing scale i observed that the weight of Plastic bags weighing appros 12 to 15 grams were included in the weight of the materials and the same were included in the price of the materials,
I mean to say that the i was charged for the gross weight and not for the net weight of the materials,I pointed out the anamolies to the manager but he said that the same is the policy of the management and he can't help out.
