i m regular customer of domino in Chandigarh (India, sector 38) but recently i have had a very bitter experience with them . i ordered a cheese burst pizza with the time limit of 30 min . confirmed the amount and address but didn't get the delivery within time , when i called them back to confirm my order after 40 minutes ,they stated that they didn't REPLACED or registered any such order from and in spite my giving them a reminder to take any action against it they didn't pay any heed to it and behaved very rudely they didn't even had the credit worthiness of sending us the order . being a genuine customer it came as a shock to me to observe such reaction from your company ; It is my advice to you to keep a check on your employees as they earn a bad name for the firm .

I also faced same problem with Dominos
Date 11 Sep 2010. Today i ordered Pizza form Dominos at 2.11 PM and not got till 3.00PM. I called Dominos, then their person came at 3.10PM. Dominos commitment is for 30 Minutes delivery for single order. I called Dominos at 3.10 PM again to inform him about delay in service. manager there started arguing with us and was not ready to accept delay in service. He clearly refused to accept 30 Minute commitment. This this is a shame for Dominos being such a reputed company and giving daring 30 Minute challange for delivery. The result was that Pizza got reverted and sent back to Dominos just because of rude behaviour of manager and due to his argument to prove customer wrong. My question is if Dominos can not fulfil its commitment then why to commit. My experience with Dominos is very bad i never ever expected this type of rude behaviour from Dominos. Today i feel shame that i trusted Dominos. I'll never make such a mistake by trusting Dominos as they don't care about customers.

Sir,
We placed an order No.- 199 Dated:- 11th May, 2011 time 08:06 PM of DOUBLE BURST VEG. EXTRAVAGANZA. It was delivered on time. When we opened the pizza we found they had sent us a CHEESE BUST. We called up told them and they sent a representative. Because it was a family party, kids had already started out of 6 Pcs. We left with only 2 intact. The representative was showed the pizza and he agreed that cheese was very less and red one was really less and could not be seen. We returned the 2 pcs. And asked him to show it to the manager asked for replacement and have him call us? No one called. We called after ½ hr. and Mr. Ashwani (Jr. Manager) tell us that cheese was less offered that they will give us 25% discount and when I reminded him we sent 33% pizza back because of their mismanagement. He agreed on sending the replacement pizza. As we have already finished the dinner. We requested for delivery on next day. He agreed and asked to remind them next day.
Next day we called and the representative he will call back. No one called. I called and was informed Mr. Ashwani is out of station and they cannot contact him. We asked if there is anyone else in charge Mr. ASHOK RANA (Sr. Manager) came on call. We informed him about my yesterday conversation and he accused that Mr. Ashwani could not have said it and that we were lying. We offered him that if Mr. Ashwini didn’t commit we will pay for 100 pizzas and if he said you give us free 100 pizzas. He declined and said you have already finished the pizza full and wanted a free one. I reminded him that we had returned 2 pcs. And you need not sent the pizza we will complain. Answer was complain wherever you want.
Sir, your pizzas are good and rated on a higher side. We like to get what we paid for.
Your Sr. Manager has a very bad ATTITUDE. This is not a exaggeration very bad for business you cannot accuse a customer of anything without the facts clear.
We would not be surprised if you are losing business because of this attitude.

Hello!

My name is Niharika and I am put up in Noida. I had ordered a Pizza mania veg doubles on the Sector-62 outlet for home delivery. On consuming the same, we felt little funny taste in one of the Pizzas with soybean and tomato topping, but we avoided the same and continued eating. As a result, me and my two other friends suffered from the symptoms of diarrhea with loose motion on top. I am the worst affected as of now being completely bedridden due to food poisoning.

I would like to take a serious action against these people. Who knows what would have been in plate in case of worst case scenario! We could have ended up in hospital due to the stale pizza they sent us. Late night orders are not at all trustworthy. they should rather close their stores post 7PM if they cant provide freshly prpapred food.
Me and my other two friends would like a response from your side.

Im a regular customer of dominos pizza in jaipur rajasthan. I ordered a regular farmhouse pizza and garlic bread on 22/8/2011. The pizza that i received was stale and it had a sour taste, cheese was all clumped, tomatoes and capsicum had a bad taste. Although I was provided a replacement in 30 minutes, this type of food is not acceptable by any standards.I think from now on i would have to smell the pizza in front of the delivery man before accepting it or stay away from dominos altogether. Apart from that many times they dont pick up the phone or disconnect after picking it up. As im living in a hostel many times the mess is closed so we have to rely on places like dominos for food but this type of food makes it really difficult for us to trust and leaves us with no options whatsoever.
