This is to bring to your kind notice, the inconvenience we faced on
an online deal site "snapdeal.com". At the time of booking a voucher
it was not mentioned on the site that the deal is not valid on 24th
and 25th Dec 2011, but when we called up for a booking we were told by
the reservation staff that they were accepting for 24th Dec (Saturday)
but not 25th Dec (Sunday). So we booked a dinner buffet for Saturday
24th Dec but when we called to confirm our booking on friday the hotel
staff informed us about the change in plan that they have increased
the buffet rates for 24th Dec (Saturday) so the old rates are not
valid. We were not intimated about this change and had we not called
up to confirm the booking we would have landed ourselves in an
embarrassing situation as we had invited guests for dinner.


Had we taken a printshot of snapeal at the time of booking
the voucher we could have gone ahead and taken some legal action as this is highly illegal. The order Id I am talking about is Order ID: 262857092. Even after talking to the hotel staff they did not take any responsibility for the same and did not try to accommodate the customer.

This is to bring to every ones notice that -"Domino Piza Tvc/Ad campaingen of "Free - If not Deliver in 30 mines" had order Piza on phone at 7.44 pm on17th Dec 2011and my order no is 263 from Vashi Sec17, the same is been invoiced at 7.55 pm,which 11 mins late after I have place order and the same ,delivered to me after 8.22 pm.
When I have reminded at the time of Delivery late more than 30 mins ,then delivery boy said-As per condition we are liable to deliver till gate of appartment ,which is a min away from my door point of delivery .
I had called then Domino's Pizza shop , then I have been told that your billed at 7.55 pm and hence we have served you on time.

Hence my request to all of you and consumer court ,since this is be breach of Tvc/ Ad campaingen ,since they are cheating and miss leading customer, hence kindly stop such TVC/Ad campaingen and take action under act of Consumer rights protection.
