Hi,
I have ordered online on Dominos pizza website for the delivery, and my credit card was charged and i also got the confirmation that the pizza will be delivered in 30 mins. But when i called the outlet to check the address, i was told that they do not deliver to the location and hence they are cancelling the order.

This is outrageous and against the online ordering policy since they have taken the money from my credit card, but the outlet is refusing to honor the order.

I have ordered this for my parents for a weekend delight, but the whole thing got busted by Dominos pizza's mis-management and their website.

I have sent many mails to their customer service, but only received the reply that they will get back to me within 48 hrs, but no response.

One, i want my money back, two, i want to know the options whether i can take them to consumer court for their action and claim compensation for their irresponsible behavior.
