I would like to bring in your kind notice that, we are purchasing Amul Tazaa & Amul Gold milk polythine to meet our day to day need of milk, but here Shiji Amul Parlour is charging additional Rs 1.0 - Rs. 2.0 per polythine of milk (500 ml). In entire Lunawada all milk seller are charging like this, hence we dont have other option to purchase the same. they also dont provide any copy of purchase bill. hence i am unable to produce any type of invoice/bill copy to your good office.

I have also wrote a mail to GMMFC (Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd.) and Amul, but i didnt get satisfactory response from them saying it is not under our territory, but it doesn't mean that Customer should suffer. I have also wrote them that if they will not address this issue then i will approach to Consumer forum but no response. finally i am writing to your good office.
