Dear Sir,

We had Lunch on 23rd June vide bill no GF/4992 and Lunch on 24th June vide bill no GF/5079 we did not complain for the food taken on 23rd because we are old patron of your restaurant chain.

We have blindly taken food many many times at many outlets of (Sagar Ratna) chain of restaurants and have enjoyed. But the food on 24th was stale and of bad quality which my family member noticed but we carried on in the faith but it has caused the havoc in our trip.

All of us were vomiting whole night and having severe pain in the stomach. I was so drained out of energy that I fell in Bathroom of our Hotel Fortune and had lot of blood loss. The evidence of intake of adulterated food is the doctor in Mussoorie who examined my family and gave injections and medicines. We were left hapless because of negligence on part of your people and still we are consulting doctor in Delhi. This has forced me report the incident to you.

We had asked for compensation from the Sagar Ratna for the trip expenses and the mental agony we had gone through after the food intake. They have not been maintaining the Hygiene and food as well as the utensils were not cleaned properly. We are in dialogue with Sagar Ratna but they are not in mood to settle the things.

I request you to advise further action we have all supporting documents to prove them guilty and serving adulterated food on 24th June 2010.
