With Reference to above we purchased Food Bazar Chakki Fresh Atta agaisnt above bill number /dated while
using we got to know the atta is totally infected and is having insects.......,,, there for making totally un accpetable for eating purpose .

I am really wondering and surprized that you and your company is making so many big claims to be the number one to provide
there customers high standard quality food seems to be totally fake & how you allowed to pack such
foods it seems there is no quality check and standrard /checking systems are in place , I want a delailed explaination from your
side about the quality checks beeing followed /at place and where is the fault lies and what are action company is going to take
in order not to repeat such desasters.

While eating such infected food i and my family got seriously ill and had to take leave from my office.

I am not interested in getting it replaced with the new one , the complain is launched in to consumer court right protection act for the damages and compensation & mentel agony due to eating such food(Complain number# CRPT-13/6/2010 AGAINST FOOD BAZAR- FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LIMITED) and copy of this e mail also circulated to all the leading Indian news chanells for the information TO BE CIRCULATED ON MONDAY MORNING 14/6/2010
