We had ordered 4 sub roll white breads at your kolkata outlet on 2nd November 2010 to be delivered to us on 6th November 2010 for a party on 7th morning, which was not available at the time i.e. on 6th November 2010, when we reached there for taking delivery at around 6 pm.

we had fully paid for the order.

the people present there told us that you dont need to order the bread on 2.11.2010 as it will be available at any time on 6th November 2010. but even agter giving the order and paying for the amount in full, the material was not available.
