FOUND A COKROACH IN A PACKET OF SNACK.I BOUGHT THE PANCHRATAN MIXTURE FROM A SHOP NEAR MY HOME AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A COKROACH IN IT.AFTER SEEING THIS I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE WAS A CASIUAL RESPONCE. SO PLEASE HELP ME TO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Dear Sir,

1. At the outset let me introduce me that I am INDIAN ARMY SOLDIER. Presently I am serving in far eastern border areas. I am just fond of HALDIRAM's products as like other soldiers. I am also thankful to you and your organisation for giving the CSD benefits on all your products.

2. However, recently one BAD experience caused lot of hassels and disappointments to me. I purchased few of your delicious packets recently from our CSD Canteen, during last week. There was one very hard STONE at the "CLASSIC NUT CRACKER" and I could not visualise it, as it was covered with the besan and fried. This stone has broke one of my teeth very badly and I am compelled not to eat anything since last four days due to the damage caused by this stone. I have kept that stone and piece of my broken teeth, intact, for forensick test etc, if needed.

3. This eposide has caused me lot of embarrassments, psychological trauma and also financial expenses. I would be grateful if amicable resolution to my aforesaid predicaments are catered for.
