I was traveled by 2516 Ex from guwahati to chennai on 23/6/10. My PNr No 644-0157741 in 3AC. again back by 2515 Ex My PNR No 421-8020444 on 28/06/10. food supplied by vendor in train was very poor and quantity is also less. Before ordered for food I was told to IRTC vendor on producing of IRTC cash memo I shall make payment. vendor asking for money with duplicate bill which is out side of IRTC. They Charged Rs 40.00 per meal which is not as per IRTC Norms.

Request kindly investigate and find the reality how many persons are involve in this issue. Passengers are bound to have meals from the vendors of IRTC because every passengers want to make safe from POISON/Drugging.
If required I can produce the duplicate cash memo handed over by vendor
