Hi All,

We are a regular at Pind Balluchi and really enjoyed the food there! Today, 30th August 2010, we decided to get the food packed from Pind Balluchi and we called them in advance in order to speed up the delivery.
We generally asked them that we would like to pay with our Citibank Credit Card and we should get 15% discount as the Citibank offers us this previlige. to our surprize, the Resturaunt refused and said that we will be given the discount only if we dine in and not take away!!! We logged the complaint with Citibank about this and then called back the Resturaunt and asked them to deliver the food, at first, the comment was that Jangpura Extn. is more than 5Kms from South Extension.....the 1st time I ever heard of this distance in 35 years of my staying here!! Then they agreed and we recieved the packet after an hour and 3 follow up calls. Finally, we were delievred the food which was absolutely cold and tasted AWFULL!!! THE MOST AWFULL FOOD THAT WE HAVE EVER TASTED IN OUR ENTIRE LIVES! we had ordered for Full Butter Chicken and Rahra Meat.
PIND BALLUCHI HAS EXPANDED THEMSELVES MORE THAN THEIR CAPACITY AND I BELIEVE THE SUCCESS (THOUGH, IT IS VERY LITTLE!!!), HAS HIT THEM ALL OVER AND IN THE WRONG PLACE! PLEASE AVOID PIND BALLUCHI!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT.....
