On Last Saturday i have purchased some Food & Beverages from Hypercity Mall, Malad, Mumbai. My wife felt Bill amount is on quite higher Sight.so she checked all item after coming home ...

I was shocked ....

in my bill one 255 Rs item was additionally added and On Dove shampoo and conditioner Hypercity charged me more than MRP. When i asked Hypercity about it. Customer services executive said its a system generated error.

Saturday & Sunday are pick days for any mall, around 10,000 Customer visits during this days. if per customer Hypercity charge 200 rs then in a one day Hypercity earns around 10,00,000 Rs illegally... and its a fraud....

I have Original Bill of it and Also having copy of Complaint. I need to know how can i file a case against hypercity? Pls let me know asap.
