I am person who was suffered from pathetic response & abusing service in your L-2 licensed holder M/S Ravi Bhagia in Rajouri Garden mkt store.

Yesterday i was visit in this store to but some hard drink, unfortunately i haven't hard cash. I told to a person who called him self pradeep (Worker) about swipe my card.

First he said i can't swipe your card because person who know about swiping he is sleeping and you wait for 1/2 hrs, i said i can swipe he said get out.

When i forced him one person came he swipe my card of INR 105/- for 2 beer, i asked him why u charged INR 5/- extra he said 2.5% is my fee which i have to pay bank.

I told him why should i pay 2.5% extra, no one is charging this fees, he said " LENA HAI TO LO WARNA MAT LO".

After arguing one more person came who called him self as "Mr. Ravi Bhagia" he was very rude to behave, inspite of listen to customer he is listing only of his employee as i mistake to come this outlet.

This is not matter of 5/- rs the matter is why i should i pay 2.5% extra. because bank is never told me to pay 2.5% extra to merchant for swiping the card.

My concern is not to argue with any organization, But I just took initiative to bring this issue into the light by raising a call with you only, as I have trust and faith in DSIDS, but the way I have received the response by your person contacting me was very pathetic.
