Hotel Highway between kasara ghat and thane has been charging Rs 15 for a RS 5 packet of Lays and Rs 3 to 4 extra on biscuits and other stuff.when asked why he says this is what is available buy it if you want.what do you actually do in such a situation immideately so that it is taken care of then and there rather than just submitting a complaint later?
