As we all are aware that a shopkeeper can not sell the goods at a price higher that its mentioned MRP.
This is the incident that happen with me when i was traveling from Delhi to Chandigarh on the evening of 13.08.2010 by bus.On the way they stopped at a road side dhaba named Chandigarh Dhaba near Karnal which i think is approved by the transportation authorities,Then there when i asked about a pet bottle (500ml) of pepsi then he offered me the same and asked me to pay a sum of Rs 25 where it is mentioned as Rs 22 on the bottle itself.when i said that it is not right to sell any product higher then its mentioned MRP then he says that they are doing it as such,If you need it then buy otherwise go else where.

So i need your assistance in trying to curb these kind of issues,which can result to the unsatisfactory services to the consumer.

Foreign liquor shop at Premnagar, Dehradun (UK) charges 5 to 20 rupees in each liquor bottles from every customer. Please verify the same without any further delay. Complaint is very serious issue. As a govt liquor shop, why the shop charged extra amount against printed MRO of each bottles. The said shop under tender Smt Sonam Arora for the year 2010-2011.
