We had a small gathering in our office and decided to have a Pizza party. We ordered 2 family pizzas[one veg + one non-veg, with an offer] from Pizza Hut based on our needs around 1700hrs on 12-JULY-2011. We needed the delivery to be made at 20:00hrs instead on 30mins as per Pizza Hut and hence providing sufficient time for the delivery. Around 19:45 we received a call saying that they can deliver the order. They instead offered us 2veg and 2 non-veg medium pizzas which was not sufficient for us. We asked for 3veg and 2 non-veg which they bluntly refused to deliver. No Pizzas on hand, we had to call off the gathering which incurred us some loss and left us humiliated.
