My name is Sudhir Malhotra r/o 16A/357 Faridabad - mobile 9910441107.
My child is suffering from Tuberous Sclerosis- which is a progressive mental retardation.
He is unable to express his toiletery needs.Today 9th June we visited POLKA restro bar in sec 15A Faridabad.
The child was wearing a water tight diaper made by Mamy Poko an international brand.
However during the cource of dining he had suffered from a bout where he excreted in his diaper.
While taking him to the toilet there could have been a slippage where it is possible there was a leakage.

The restro bar staff had the audacity of asking my guests at the dinner table of cleaning the floor.
Why should we be made to pay for the services if even this little bit cannot be serviced by the restro bar on abill paying paid to them for the services?

Is this justified on the part of the staff?

If yes then why should we at all be paying sop exhorbitantly for any restro services??

A response in this regards will help me please?
