I am a regular consumer of pepsi brand,on 22nd april 2010 i won a sony-ericsson W205 mobile phone in 7up lemon contest,and i got my price on 7th may2010 in my hand.from VARUN BEVERAGES LTD(NO.033-24357795) ON BEHALF OF PEPSI.very next day i started facing problem in my hand set(it was not taking charge)after this i gave my sonyericsson hand set to the OPERA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD.kolkata-700016 elliot road, mullick bazar sonyericsson service center(no.03340616113-14) on 13teen may 2010.today on 15teen may 2010 at 2.12p.m(no.03340616114) they call me from service center and told my hand set's mother broad is not working and i have to give rs.3500 to change it becoz as per sonyericsson they dont have any tie-up with pepsi so they cant accept the pepsi winning letter to service my hand set.now tell me what type of price our branded company pepsi is giving to the customer.and what type of responsibility they are taking about their consumer.dont you thing so that i have been cheated?
now tell me if i want to suit a file in consumer forum against whom should i suit the case,PEPSI or SONY-ERICSSON?
