Dear Sir/Mam,

I and My Manager have been to Dominos Pizza, run by Jubiliant Food works Limited at Pyramid Food Court, EGL, Bangalore and ordered for Mixed Double Pizzas (TIN Number: 29110326308, Order number 50, date 21/06/2010, time 15:10 IST) .

We have been give two carry bags having two boxes (Total 4 boxes) in each and have been informed that two of those pizzas were VEGETARIAN and other 2 were NON-VEGETARIAN.

We came to our office and opened the bags, we found each box was having VEGETARIAN sticker (with GREEN DOT) on top of it.

We first thought, instead of 2 NON-VEG pizzas, we have been given 2 VEG pizzas, but it was our mistake.

We have been given 2 NON VEG pizzas in boxes having VEG sticker on top of it and unfortunately one of the PURE VEGETARIAN (BRAHMIN) Employee had one the NON VEG pizzas.

We directly approached them (Jubiliant Food works @ EGL) and informed about their mistake.

As per the floor manager, it was a mistake by a trainee and as every human being makes mistake that trainee also had made it.

He (manager at Dominos) was also so rude and was like, waht you want for this? It was looking like I went there to ask for money only.

I really wanted to sue that guy, and if he just wanted to give me money, then give it in better way.

When we asked about the resolution, he said, we will make sure that this trainee will not make mistake again.....

How will you make sure???? God knows only.

Considering the brand value, Dominos should look at this service for sure.

I will never recommend this place for sure to any of my friend or enemy.

Veg pizza with ''chicken'' service
*Agonizing night it was yesterday for me when i found a *chicken* piece in a
*veg* pizza at *DOMINOS*. I was extremely disturbed coz of this incident. When i
informed* the staff & the shift manager of the store, they accepted that the
piece found in the pizza was a chicken piece.
*They were silent to the whole incident & later they just refused to listen
to my problem and said they don't have any solutuion to it. I called up the
store manager & then the area manager of Bangalore District. And to my
surprise the response was only arrogant. I was left in a situation where i
couldn't raise my concerns to anyone. On friday they neither paid me back
the money or showed the willingness to resolve my problem. What irritated me
even more was, only when I spoke to them a day later (saturday) was the
audacity with what they said that they can pay* *the *price of the pizza*.
Such incidents are minute, however, it is quite disturbing when it happens.
I always had great opinions about DOMINOS & it just shattered.
Veggetarians "think again". This is not the first incident & many complaints
gone to their
table must have been left untouched by them.
DOMINOS you may never want vegetarian customers. If thats the case please
intimate us
beforehand rather than treating us so dirty.
