By the Way is a very well to do cafe in the area of Gamdevi... It is managed by the Seva Sadan Trust which does extremely good work for the betterment of the society. The food is good, though the service is a little time consuming, my family and I always made it a point to seldom visit that place.
However, today we were in for a rude surprise. The notice outside(which i am sure after today is going to change) read that the cafe will operate between 11am(I am not sure about the time which it was going to open) in the morning to 8pm in the evening, At exactly 19h30, we entered the restaurant. The waiter under the name of "PRAKASH" actually drove me out opening the door. My father got extremely angry and upset, and went inside and demanded to speak to the manager. My father's tone was a little brash, and this Mr. Prakash started pointing fingers towards my father. When i told him, that he's a mere waiter and should not point out fingers to someone, who is way too senior in age and qualification, he actually pulled out his shoe and was on the verge of coming and hitting me with it. A senior entity of that restaurant intervened in the situation, and we showed her the board... The moment I told her, that he has no business to point fingers and talk to my father, that guy pulled me out, and threatened to cause my father and me physical damage.
I'd like to lodge a complaint, against this employee in this forum
