Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had applied for Mediclaim in Apollo Munich Health Insurance.But they had rejected my claim due to delay in submission.Even though I submitted delay reason letter, they are notagree to refund my claim.

They have just been dodging me giving some frivolous reasons.I'm helpless can I get help from your side?
