Hello sir,
I have a 4 year old daughter.We gone for her cavity filling to a dental doctor in Dr Khanna's Clinic at Clinic 1:112,Parmar Park, 1st Floor, Wanawadi, Pune. There a child doctor Sachin checked her and created a seen that my daughter is needed root cannal of a front teeth, which is not showing any infection to us niether my daughter compaliant any pain.And Dr Sachin done uneccesay root cannal for her and my daugher suffered lots of pain unnecessarily. Her other front tooth was one year back was little borken due to a troma(fall down while playing) and that was seen little week but the tooth suggested by him(which is next to that health tooth) was healthy and we shown her tooth x-rays to two other senior doctors in which one is child dental specialist both said that root cannal was not required and unecessarly done.Also they said that even what Dr Sachin has done is not proper root cannal. My daughter suffered from lots of pain and mental and physical harrasment for all of us.
We want big penalty to be charged against Dr sachin and cancel his registration as he dont deserve tobe a doctor.
Please let me know how to proceed and what all documents are required for filing my compalint.
