I am Mohd Siraj and i want to complain against Doctors of Holy Family Hospital New Delhi. I am suffering from a small ulcer in my lower lip and its increase and decrease in size at same spot, then i went to holy family hospital on 20/04/10 their i consulted with surgeon Dr. Ajay Deep he has referred me to dental checkup that this ulcer occurred because of my teeth touching or not, if not then he will operate it, As per dentist this problem is not because of teeth. after this on 22/04/10 Dr. Ajay deep removed that ulcer from lip by operation and send that ulcer for biopsy report. after 10 days that report came, in report mention that its Mucocele, after a week that ulcer came again then i showed again to Dr. Ajay deep on 4/05/10 and he told me that now you have to showed this to ENT then he has referred me to ENT, their i consulted to Dr. Yogesh Jain(ENT)on same day he also told me that this is a ulcer need to remove by operation its a small thing need not to worry, i told him i have already operated by Dr. Ajay Deep then Dr. Yogesh Jain said that we remove the wide area of that ulcer then it'll never come again, on 28/05/10 Dr Yogesh Jain gave me date 16/06/10 for operation. on 16 June Dr Yogesh Jain removed the ulcer and send that for biopsy report .
Now after a week that ulcer come again, then on 29/06/10 i collect my report and showed to Dr. Yogesh Jain He said that its again Mucocele in report and now its require to burn that area by laser and it'll cost you around 20,000/-

As i have already spend around 5000/- on this small ulcer. I have waste time and money and they are not able to resolved my problem, Kindly do the needful and suggest me what to do next, I'll be grateful to you.
