Complain against Jain Hospital, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
Date of birth certificate of my son, issued by Hospital has been lost somewhere. I went to hospital for duplicate certificate. They asked for affidavit. I agreed to arrange affidavit. Then Mr Jain, owner of Jain hospital is asking for Rs. 1500 cash to give birth certificate.
