My father shri ramhit Ram (aged 70 years ) was a patient of perphoration and were getting treatment from Dr M.K. YADAV since 13MARCH 2010 to PRESENT.
After diagnosing and seeing the reports , prescription slips and medicines of Dr Dr M.K. YADAV misguide my father and admit into his yashlok hospital phoolpur azamgarh utter pradesh for the suygery of perphoration.
My father admitted in his yashlok hospital as on13.03.2010to 30.03.2010 After discharging my Father got horniya due to wrong medicines.
The situation was very serious on 03.05.2010 and we again admitted him in yashlok hospital. Next day on 04.05.2010 he refused to do the treatment and suggested to go to any other hospital.
Then we took him to another Hospital and found that the tanka has cut in the lower layer in the place of surgery .The situation is very serious becouse my father is not suitable for other surgery. so i request you to give me advice for solving the problem.
