I was a patient of RECOUP jayanagr branch. Everytime i take the appontment before visiting the place. Inspite of that i have to wait for 1 hr to 2hr. Last week i visited there with my co-sister. What i observed there, they are giving appointment for more than one people in same time.Any body ask in phone for appointment they will give you. If you check there appointment register, you 'll find hardly 9 to 10 number. But if you go there you will find more than 20/25 ppl in queue. Don't know why??
Which lead to problem for other patient. I don't know why they are doing like that. I thought to give a complain for this, this might be another way to escape from tax.
