My name is Vijay Kumar Sharma and I have a policy on my name from Family health plan Ltd and also my mother is a member of this[policy.My mother policy number is :354500/46/09/8500000249 ] My Mother Name – Magni Davi

My mother operated before 11 months on Date:-01.11.2009 to 05.11.2009 and we filed a claim
but family Healthplan (TPA) Limited ,Had rejected are claim and state that the term use by you and doctor not matches.
But of course it can't match because we are not a technical person of medical field.
So FHPL has cheated use...
Kindly take necessary action against this complaint and ask them to release my claim bill as soon as possible.













Above are the details of hospital investigations and I pay RS.12276 and after that I claim in FHPL but they cancelle all they bills. I face many problem regarding this issue please resolve it urgently.
