Default Complaint against Medsave Healthcare (TPA) Limited

Respected Sir,
Greetings of the day
My name is Chirag Sharma and I have a policy on my name from Medsave Healthcare
intimation number is 20100204B002R3A158 Thursday, February 04, 2010 and policy number is :-371201/48/09/8500000597
I got an accident and operated before 11 months on Date:-05.10.2009 and we filed a claim
but Medsave Healthcare (TPA) Limited (Head Office) F-701A, Lado Sarai, Mehrauli
New Delhi – 110030, Phone - 39001234 (30 Lines), 011-29521061- 66
Tollfree -1800111142, Fax - 011-29521067, 71
Had rejected are claim and state that the term use by you and doctor not matches.
But of course it can't match because we are not a technical person of medical field.
So Medsave Healthcare has cheated use...
Kindly take necessary action against this complaint and ask them to release my claim bill as soon as possible.

Default claim for card no. 52011010042387 E

My daughter aditi policy no. 190602/48/09/87/00001969 and card no.52011010042387 e is pending may 2010. Claim querry pre & post xray with report send on 22/10/2010 and recived your bhopal medsave branch ,so please solve my problem and finalise my claim .

Unhappy Mediclaim card not getting after 24.02.2009.

Hi!
I am Sandip Mukherjee, policy no :- 154304/48/07/8500001629 And Card no-530 1100 80 04212A ; 530 1100 80 04212E ; 530 1100 80 04212C Where our card no valid upto ;-24.02.2009; Unfortunately we are still continue this policy but not getting the new card and after several reminder TPA has not taking our complaint and issuing the new card.So, pls suggest what needs to be done .my email id :- sandipjm@hotmail.com.

I HAVE SEND THE DOCUMENT OF TRAT MENT TO YOU VIDE BALZE FLASH BALLBH GARH ON 2-2-2011. BUT TILL NOW YOU HAVE NOT DISPATCH MY CLAIM CHEQUE. Default Revision of rejected Mediclaim.

I Started a Mediclaim policy from United India Insurance Ltd (UIIL), Korba Branch vide No. 190602/48/10/41/00000081;w.e.f. 22.04.2010. This policy was under the UIIL combination with State Bank of Indore. Due to this combination UIIL didn't ask for any medical check up although I was 47+ at the time of commencement of my policy. Accidently I suffered a Heart Attack on 5.7.2010, when I was on my tour to Chennai and admitted to SRM Medical college Hospital, Chennai. Cashless claim was rejected by M/s Medsave on 7.7.2010. Prior to attack I was neither having any Heart Problem nor any B.P. or diabetic Problem. I was medically tested in the Last week of June 2010 by my organisation DSPM, TPS, Korba East, and was declared fit. I submitted this certificate too to the Medsave, Bhopal directly and through UIIL also, but to vain. M/s Medsave TPA Ltd has not even gone through the case sincerely and rejected the case on prejudice, that Heart attack means prior illness. I request you to do the justice in my case by settling the claim of Rs. 53019/-
