Sir,

i have a complaint against Dr. K. N. Agarwal working in Metro Multi-Speciality Hospital in Noida sector-11. I got my 2 and a half month old child treated for rashes on his face on 30.11.2011.

The doctor gave Certilak lotion to be applied for ten minutes and Calpol drops.

The Certilak lotion affected her face so much that i had to take her in emergency to a skin specialist in south-extension. The face appeared as if the child had got burn marks.

The doctor told me that the cetilak lotion was totally wrong and harmful for the baby.

When the doctor was contacted telephonically, he totally refused to accept his mistake and started blaming us.

This is very irresponsible on part of the doctor.

I have already met Dr. Kanika Tanwar, MS of Metro Hospital, Noida twice in this regard but i have not received any reply from her as yet.

The doctor's stupidness has caused severe problems for my 2 months old child and has been heavy on my purse.

I am not going to tolerate this carelessness against my child. How the doctor had behaved if her own child been treated in such a cruel way.

I have the prescription of K N Agarwal, prescription of Skin specialist, photo of my child in that burn stage.
