Please help me in getting justice.

I am writing this email with deep Grief, Pain & gallon of tears in my eyes. Also intention of preventing others become a victim as we had
and take stringent & stern action against MIOT HOSPITAL AND ITS DOCTORS which is located at Chennai. Also to make sure that they are not repeating their mistakes.

Hoping in India justice will be given to all kind of people (irrespective of poor, rich, caste and creed) and all are equal before the law.

I am S.Thennarasu from Tamil nadu. My Nephew(Mr.S.Arvindan 18 yrs old student) who was very kind & dynamic boy lived normal life as other boys. Once we took him for medical checkup at MIOT Hospital. There doctors said he is having extra muscle in his heart better if it is removed. Otherwise, it may create problem at the time of his marriage. Also said there is no threaten for his life because of this operation. Considering his future and hoping doctor's word we agreed to do the operation. Therefore we hospitalized him on 27th May2010 in MIOT Hospital at Manapakkam, Chennai for doing Heart surgery. They did operation on 1st June2010.Since then he was not wakening up and lying unconscious. When we asked doctors about his condition. They said due to anaeesthesia he is lying unconscious tomorrow he will get wakefulness. Also they are not allowed us to see our son for 2 days since operation. Different doctors were telling different reason for his unconscious. So we had a doubt that there is something happening wrong. We therefore decided to call up our family doctor to come & check his condition. Initially they are not allowed our family doctor to go inside the hospital. But after some argument they allowed in. As soon as our family doctor checked his condition he declared that he is died 4 days before it seems, which means operation day itself. They are simply doing drama by putting artificial respiratory system to cheat you also to get remaining money from you& hide their negligence & mistakes they have done during operation. So we became extremely angry and anxious we therefore decided to lodge a complaint at respective police station about hospital. Since they were refusing to take up our complaint we went to meet Chennai police commissioner. He arranged a meeting with hospital MD Dr.Mohandas. In that meeting our family doctor questioned them "how brain dead could happen during heart surgery?" you doctors caused him brain dead due to negligence, inattention, Inexperience & improper treatment, follow up. After long debate they admitted their mistakes saying that brain dead happened yesterday only. We will try our best. But our family doctor again questioned them how you can continue your treatment after knowing brain is dead how it is possible medically? Then they became quiet & casually told, you know, in medical field mistakes are very common. You have to accept whatever result comes. We are totally upset, shock and furious by the way they replied to us. They are not treating poor people's life is so important and precious. Since we started protest against hospital demanding take a action against hospital & doctors, The police agreed to file a FIR against hospital. Then they sent body to respective hospital for doing postmortem. The postmortem, which was done on 15th June2010.This news has been published all news paper and media even in NDTV. We also sent petition to all concern people and council. But no action being taken till date. We have not yet received any report from them. They are still delaying postmortem report to give us. We are suspecting that something is going wrong. Since Hospital MD.Dr.Mohandas who is a rich and well known to all the doctors in Chennai he can influence the doctors who are all done postmortem & ask them to give fake report. Hence, I kindly request you to interfere this matter and get justice for poor people like us.

In India, now a day’s Doctors are becoming licensed killer, there is not strict law to punish them. Union Government must enforce a new law to stop such killing happening again and again also teach lesson to such doctors. Because, What is the guarantee that they (Doctors) will not repeat the same mistake and continue their killings? It is not only happening in Chennai also happening across country.
In India Many peoples are dying due to doctor's mistakes & negligence. Many such cases are going unnoticed due to people lost hope in Indian's judiciary and thinking that we can't fight against rich peoples

WE HAVE GONE FOR BIOPSY EXAMINATION FOR OUR CANCER PATIENT FROM YOUR PATHOLOGY DEPARTMENT, ON RECEIPT OF THE REPORT DR ADVANI WAS NOT SATISFIED AND TOLD US TO GO FOR BIOPSY AGAIN. WE HAVE ALREADY SPENT AROUND RS. 37000/- TO GET THE REPORT FROM YOUR HOSPITAL. INSTEAD OF GOING FOR ANOTHER BIOPSY WE TAKE INITIATIVE TO REINVETIGATE THE BIOPSY FROM DRS TRIBEDI & ROY, KOLKATA AND GOT THE REPORT ATTACHED HEREWITH, WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE REPORT GIVEN BY APOLLO ON THE SAME PARAFFIN BLOCK AND STAINED SLIDE (H-3097/10) OF CERVICAL LYMPH NODE.

WE GOT SURPRISED AND TREATMENT OF OUR PATIENT DELAYED BY MORE THAN 15 DAYS.

IF THE PATHOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF A HOSPITAL LIKE YOURS GIVE THIS TYPE OF WRONG REPORT, THEN HOW WE PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH CANCER PATIENT, RELY ON YOU. WHIT IS THE USE OF SPENDING RS 37000/- FOR A WRONG REPORT AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

NOW IT IS OUR EARNEST REQUEST TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. IF POSSIBLE PL ARRANGE TO REFUND THE MONEY SPENT FOR THIS WRONG REPORT.

This is really a very shocking news...have you got a justice for your complaint form that conern hospital ??

Really not usre why few hospitals and doctors doing so in Human's life ..which is veyr pathetic ,what if it were their own family members be it be their wife/mother/child..can't they think on this ?

today doctors are licensed killers in our country.they can do any thing for money.I personally handicapped by a hospital for money. I will complaint in near future.I shamed to be an indian because there is nobody to control them in india.
