I, DR. manoj kumar pal , have insured my family with apollo DKV on 21.12.2009. I have my medical insurence with National Insurence since 2004, now it is continuing with apollo dkb. presently my daughter ARJAMA PAL is suffering from PSORIASIS for last 2 months. Dr. Sandipan Dhar is treating her for last 2 months. Now he prscribed inj. EMBREL (ETANERCEPT) once weekly, for this he advised her to take admission at AMRI HOSPITAL , DHAKURIA, KOLKATA on 11.08.2010. I have informed FHPL(TPA) company over phone about her admission. on 12.08.10. but the doctor over there was said that you will not get the benifit. next day on 13.08.10. I went there physically and asked them the reason not getting this benifit. The DOCTOR (BHMS) told me that he thought it is a daycare procidure, I told him that she need to be admitted for 2 - 3 days. Then he guide me to fill up the pre authorisation form from AMRI HOSPITAL. I follow his instruction on 14.08.10. After that they are sending different quaries daily. I fulfill all quaries, but till on 18.08.10 . they have not sended any sanctioned letter. So I am writting down this complaint letter to you and waiting for your justice,think that a 8 year old little child is not getting any treatment for last 7 days. Her physical condition is detoriating gradually.

Dear sir,
Referring to my file no AC01.1803616 of Apollo hospital of greams lane,Chennai-600006,i would like to state that Dr.Narayan Reddy had adviced me to take a penile doppler test for which an amount of rs 2330
was paid by your bill no ALD317150 on dated 06 jan 2011.
After completing the said test,I was handed over a slip asking me to again pay profession fees(charge)of rs 1000.
I failed to understand why this profession charges was taken from
me.Since,this should be included in the test fees.
Even last time when i did this same test i had paid the test fees of rs 2300 only and no professional fees was taken from me.
I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action so that patient like me should not be cheated and charged undue amount after all they are coming to your hospital for good treatment and justify charges.
A reply on this matter will be highly appreciated.

my wife was admitteed in Suraaj hospital, bhilai, chhattisgarh on 25-02-2011 in the 9th month of pregnancy. after the whole day checkup the doctor asked that she should be operated as the liquor is not enough. she was taken inside the OT at 06:00pm where a male wardboy had already entered from the back door. immediately my wife was asked to take off her lower clothes in front of that man who later was used to push the child out. he remained in the OT even after that and was watching every thing closely without any haste and without any work. the Dr. Sulochana Rao didnt even bothered the sentiments of my family and my wife who is in shock. being asked later the Dr. answered that these things happen, the female staff is incapable and we use males for the purpose.
this act is so unethical and embarassing that we are in a state of immense shock and stress. even the doctor the doctor never tried to cover the private pats of my wife from that man.
i request the administration to take strict and quick action the doctor as the man was called by her and she didnt even treated my wife as a female should be treated
