My first baby was born in Fortis Hospital Bangalore at Banergatta Branch and was regularly consulting the Banergatta Fortis Hospital as it was near to my home, later i changed to other part of the city ,then I went to other branch of Fortis Hospital for vaccination of my kid for which 2 doses were supposed to be given after gap of one month between the doses, I went to Marathalli branch for first dose and they charged me around 750 rupees though the price on the vaccination was around 550, I told them but they did not listened it,then after 1 month I went back to Banergaata branch of Fortis hospital for second dose of the same vaccination,they charged me around 550 rupees (this I have purchased from Fortis Pharmacy) which was correct.
This thing I informed to Banergatta Admin department and they then questioned the marathalli branch ,then Marathalli Branch contacted me that they will send a person to give back my extra charged money
What about the money whom they have charged/charging with the extra money of vaccination, This was really very saod
When I contact back to marthalli branch for why they charged me,they said sorry and agreed to refund the access amount.
I want to file a case in consumer court against them , please suggest me.
I have the bills.
