My wife and I practicing in Surat, Gujarat.
We bought the machine 6 months back at a cost of 7.5 lakh. We never satisfied with the product.There were persistent art effects in the picture. We complained to the company people for many times but they could never solve the problem. They are just delaying the matter which causes lots of mental harassment. None of them ready to listen the problem. Other company machines work well without any art effects at the same place, but GE is not doing well. They are not ready to solve the problem. I want to go to consumer court, please can any one help me out ?
