Respected sir/madam

I admited my wife Paramita Halder on 27.05.2011 Under Dr. Manoj Kumar, due to her vomiting and constipation etc. On 29.05.2011, I talk with Dr. thant I want to Discharge my Patient with my own responsibility & I wrote on file.

But The fact is that when I want the Dr Prescription during the treatment ( 27.05 to 29.05 ) they refuse to give me the Prescription & file also. they Told me that it is our rule I can'n give you when ever Dr release your patient thent only we can.
