Hi,
My mother is undergoing dialysis in Vagus Super Specilaity Hospital, Malleshwaram. For me it seems they dont have basic facilities in the Dialysis unit like
-Well qualified and experienced Technicians
-Dedicated Duty Doctor (although there is very famous Nephrologist who would visit regularly), there is no duty doctor in Nephro's absence
-even the AC is not working
and there is no proper place for the Patient attendants to sit

I did ask the Chief Medical Officer and he has rejected to accept all these gaps and inturn abused me to take my patient to the other hospital.

Being a Suoper Speciality hospital expecting this basic facilities is a sin or what?
please advice can this be taken to the consumer court.
