Default How we can get justice

    Dear Sir,
My daughter “Anjana -30 years was pregnent and her delevary date was 28th May 2010 as per doctor.
She had checked up on 28th may morning by the same doctor.
Doctor had advice to come for checkup on 30th may,2010.
But Anjana felt some uneasy at around 2.00 AM 29th May,2010. She had been admitted to a nursing home under the guidance of the same doctor at 3.00 AM 29th May.
Doctor had checked her and informed that baby is in normal condition and operation may be required at evening in the same day if any problem arise.

Doctor had conducted operation for delivery at 6.00PM 29th May,2010 and informed us that baby was dead before delivery.

How is the baby dead under observation in the nursing home and as well as the guidance of the same doctor.

This is totally the negligence of Doctor and nursing home .

Thumbs up Death due to grave negligency

    Sir
My 15 year old daughter was admitted in a private hospital in jaipur. She was almost cured but a
incompitent doctor with the help of a unqualified nurse inserted central line into her abdomen instead of vein. Immediately after this procedure her condition was deterioted and ultimately she was died. Though the hospital did not gave me discharge ticket even I had collected all the evidences of above mentioned negligency. The doctor who inserted the central line has also admitted that this procedure was not to be carried out but in the pressor of a senior doctor he has to insert central line . Instead of the facts on record the inquiry committee appointed by central and state govt gave clean chit to the hospital. The prior permission required for insertion of central line was also not obtained from me.

Please guide me as i have filed the case in consumer court
