I had gone to dentist in Apr 10 for teech aching, sensitivity and small tooth pieces were removing. I have only 26 teeth in my jaw and there was gap between all front teeth which was not looking good. He told me that I have a habit of teeth grinding during sleep, he gave night guard for 6 months to were and I am using it - that is ok. But for teeth aching he suggested lamination to my 14 teeth, by which he said gap will be filled, face will be improved and aching will stop. I told me that only beautification is not important for me, but I want good treatment and aching should be stopped, he agreed for that. He suggested 2 type of treatment - one is putting veneer on tooth (Rs. 4000 per tooth) and second crown (Rs.12000 per tooth) He said veneer is more durable and last for more time, will not brake immediately, so I selected first one. He did cleaning, coroloplasty and lamination to 14 teeth and filling 7 back teeth. I paid Rs. 77000/- to him for all treatment. Within 2-3 days, veneer come out from one tooth and in next week another 3-4 teeth lost veneer. As he had said, it is my moral responsibility if veneer come out I will fix it again, he did it. But he blaimed it to my wrong habit of grinding, actually I had started wearing night guard. Next time he blaimed my wrong brushing. My teeth were paining and after lamination more pain started, became more sensitive to hot and cold, unable to drink normal water, paining was so much. But he was not listening that, as per he, his work was very perfect and he was ready to fix it again if chips off. Actually after lamination, bites were not proper, I was struggling eating anything, teeth were hitting each other and lamination chips off. But he said I have not habit of new teeth pattern, so I am feeling like that. Then after a month, he corrected few bites , but aching problem was there only and getting worsened. Then he prescribed desensitised Sanquel AD, 50% aching is ok now but still upper three from left and 3-4 from right are paining, he did scaling also, but not much relief. All this process is going for 3-4 months. Now last week he had called me for shooting and I told him that still teeth are paining. Suddenly he got annoyed and start talking anything like now you go to another doctor, then you will come to know how others are treating. My work is perfect and I have very good treatment, entertained all your queries. You always collect wrong information about dentistry and found some problems and come to me. After this I cant treat u, u go to other dr. I was so upset and come home. As per he, he has done a good job, but my first problem of aching is not cured, what should I do. Should I keep quite after paying so much. Pl advise me how to lodge a complaint in consumer court against him .
