and they convinced me for health related service
I am here in seeking help. I have taken iho-family health card from indian health organisation. They are big fraud people. I wanted to cancel my card as required facilities provided by this card is not available at my place. I want my money back.
I have purchased this card. At the time of purchasing they told me that they will provide me medical services in my local place but after getting this card I found that they are not providing the services to my local place and told to get services from the place which is far away. At the time of purchasing they told me that if I am not satisfied I have right to cancle this card. I call customer care to cancle my card and they told me that they register my cancelation and 2 to 3 days required to process. I am tyring this from last 1 month but every day they told me wait for next two days. I am totally disturbed by this type of service from such organisation.
