I am not at all impressed to see the hospital staff of Kokilaben(Andheri West). They are literally dead people (Staff). For water n tea you order it takes 1 hr or sometimes 1hr &30 mins. The patient has been provided Bell if he needs any help. The nurse or the attendant are not bothered to see if pateint requires anything . My father had to wait for 45 mins after that the nurse attended him to solve his problem. This happene several times

I think its not a hospital, its staff is doing charity on us. To admit my father from emergency to the normal bed it took me around 3hrs and 30 min

I think hospital staff is very lesa or they have been paid very less salary. No one seems motivated except Doctors. Doctors r really very great but staff are useless!!

I need Dhirubhai to know only treatment won't help the person, service should also upto the level like other hospital Provide..

For Medicliam doctors has to provide an estimate so that Medimanage peopel can pass the amoutn to hospital. Friday 12am i have given the form and format to be filled. till saturday they can't send the document from 13th floor to gr floor and 7 pm on saturday they say now u have to wait till monday. God save such people/ staff.. I am not gettign word for the pain my family has suffered in thsi hospital

I would recommend to I die, i would be happy but never ever come in this hospital;The ANil and Mukesh thinks just to have provided Lcd tV, NICE FLOORING FULL A/C they think pateints r happy , I would like t o tell them that comfort is good but not good enough if ur staff are giving such patheic services

I think you change ur slogan and keep it as

"Kokilaben is first class hospital with the Third-Class Service of the staff"!!
