Subject-Complaint against Manipal hospitals-Bangalore towards Baby mishandled at the delivery fractured right hand.

Dear Sir,
This is with respect to my baby birth took in M/s. Manipal hospital-Bangalore on 16th/12/2011.
Baby has been mishandled by Dr. Amruta Rao who did the suzerain operation to my wife(Husnabanu) and caused the injury of right hand completely broken two pieces.

Dr.Venkatesh who is a pediatric doctor observed the same and suggested to Dr.Chidanand for hand injury.

We have been intimated that, minor injury at the time of birth they apologies for the same and suggested to Dr. Chidananda(pediatric doctor).
He has conducted all X-ray and found the right hand broken completely two pieces and also causes of shoulder joint gap.X-ray reports attached for your reference.

From the day-1,I am asking to hospital staff that, to give an assurance of the injured hand grows simultaneously with the other hand and future no disorders due to this.
Which is no one taking care of this and we have been charged for hand injury as well which is for completely fault done by the Manipal doctors.

I need your help to resolve the same and need assurance that my baby will not be handicapped. I am logging behind response-writing this complaint with hope of justice

I tried my level best to approach media and medical council of indiain Bangalore.
