Myself is Jayasmita das.

Last year in the month of May me n my friend visited to your hospital.
She was suffereing from severe stomach ache.
She asked for every possible tests.
But the result was zero by the doctor in casualty section.
Doctor said that the reports are normal & prescribed some medicines, which are all in vain.
After 2 days she detected as a jaundice patient in another hospital.

So what we want to say that such a big hospital give us such kind of responce.
So we should not trust this hospital.
So plaese admit my application & proceed your next step.
Hope for the right action against the MGM hospital (Vashi)system.
