their has been a negilance by a dr.mahesh gosavi,while operiting my mother,while taking a stich, he stiched the small bowl loop,due to which my mother stated omiting, n could not able to pass a motion. because of this her pressure got increased in ,she had been taken to lion tarachand hospital,their shev had been treated for another 6 days on 3rd of july after ct scan dr.vapul rathod told that their had been a loop ,so v have to do a open surger. now she is fine
now in this matter whose mistake is their?n what action has to be taken ?
