Dear Sir,
This has been really ridiculous experience with government organizations like hospitals. I am talking of here PGIMER, Chandigarh hospital. My wife got passed away on 28-Aug-2011 since then I am regularly following up for documents attested from PGI, Chandigarh as she was undergoing the treatment in PGI only.
I need Last Attended Physician's statement from the doctor who attended my wife last. But they are saying that it may take 3-6 months. They say come through official channel like fill a form, deposit a fee and attach the forms to be signed and attested. I have followed the process also but still they are saying they are not sure of timelines. his document is required by Insurance company to stop my home loan.
This has been really really ridiculous.
Please guide through next plan of action.
