This is with regard to a payment refund to be done by the hospital authorities (Satya Hospital bangalore ) . Even though , I have been treated well from this hospital, I am not receiving any valid responses for my refund of 4800 INR for past 3 months (as of today) and also have paid my dues before discharge.

I had paid excess amount on request by the cashier (lack of information on their part regarding an 20% sub under TTK corporate health insurance scheme, which is actually covered in scheme) during discharge and was told to wait until their cheque is cleared. After my verification from TTK I was told to get the excess amount refunded.

Hence I contacted the admin in charge of this scheme in Satya Hospital , and had placed the request.But still she was highlighting that its a amount payable. After my explanation on the feedback from TTK helpdesk, she was coming to lights and finally accepted to look into he matter and get the refund done.

Its now 3 months and still complains of her MD not in town to sign/release the cheque for me.Multiple calls only reveals the amount of reluctance she shows.
At time she would pick the phone and say that she is not available.But I could make out her voice.

There seem to be some type of goof up.
My final resort is to post a letter to the administrator and deal the issue.If that fails.I will go to the consumer court for the time,effort and the way of ill-treatment from the administrator with regard to an issue from consumer perspective.

INR 4800 seem to be a amount too small for the authorities.
